(3)丈量液压泵的压力。若压力偏低,则进行调整,加压力仍调不上去,则阐明液压泵严峻磨损。
    经查看丈量液压泵的压力仅为5-7MPa,显着低于液压体系的额外压力。拆开液压泵后发现轴套已磨损,低压区泵壳内壁被齿轮严峻“扫模”,侧壁也稍有磨损。由此可见,形成动臂带载不能进步的主要缘由为:
    a. 液压泵严峻磨损。在低速作业时泵内走漏严峻;高速作业时,泵压力稍有进步,但因为泵的磨损及内泄,容积功率明显下降,很难达到额外压力。液压泵长时间作业又加重了磨损,油温升高,由此形成液压元件磨损及密封件的老化、损坏,丢失密封才能,液压油蜕变,Zui终导致毛病发作。
