液压泵过热
液压泵过度发热有两个原因,一是机械摩擦生热。由于运动表面处于干摩擦或半干摩擦状态,运动部件相互摩擦生热。二是液体摩擦生热。高压油通过各种缝隙泄漏到低压腔,大量的液压能损失转为热能。所以正确选择运动部件之间的间隙、油箱容积和冷却器,可以杜绝泵的过度发热和油温过高的现象。另外,回油过滤器堵塞造成回油背压过高,也会引起油温过高和泵体过热。
柱塞泵发热详细原因举例:① 泵柱塞与缸体孔、配油盘与缸体结合面之间因磨损和拉伤,导致内泄漏增大,转化为热能造成温升。可修磨柱塞与缸体结合面,使之密合,设法保证柱塞与缸体孔配 合间隙。 ② 泵内运动副严重磨损拉毛,后毛刺未清除干净,机械摩擦大,松动别劲,产生发热。可修复和更换磨损零件。
③ 当泵经常在零偏心或系统工作压力低于8MPA下运转,使泵的漏损过小而引起泵体发热可在液压系统阀门的回油管分流一根支管通入与油泵回油口下部的放油口 内,使泵体产生冷却循环。 ④ 油的粘度过大,油箱容积过小,油泵或液压系统漏损过大等原因,导致发热温升,可根据情况分别采取对策。 ⑤ 泵的轴承磨损,传动别劲,传动扭矩增大而发热,要更换轴承,保证发动机主轴与泵轴同心
